What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us, for example through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, destination, the service you are interested in, and details about your plans.
This website does not ask for passport numbers, payment details, or government identification numbers. Please do not send sensitive documents through the contact form or the dashboard chat.
§ 02
Your account
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, nationality, and the journey you selected. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form.
We send a one-time code to your email address to confirm it. The onboarding answers you give (the services you need, destinations, timeline, and details about your plans) and the messages you exchange with our team in your dashboard are stored so we can help you and so you can see your conversation history.
To protect accounts from misuse, we keep short-lived counters of sign-in and verification attempts, and a security log of account activity (registration, email verification, sign-ins, sign-outs, password resets and submitted plans) with the date and time, IP address and browser type. The security log is deleted automatically after 90 days.

How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request and to help you understand the next steps for the service you asked about. We do not sell your personal information.
§ 04
How your request reaches us
When you send the contact form, your request is stored securely on this website and our team is notified by email. Together with your request we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, to protect the form from misuse. The information is used only to respond to you.
§ 05
Storage on your device
To remember the journey you selected on this website (for example a service and a destination), we store that choice in your browser's session storage. It is cleared when you close the browser tab and is never sent to us unless you submit the contact form.
§ 06
Third-party content
Photographs on this website are served from the Pexels image service. When your browser loads an image, the image provider receives standard technical information such as your IP address, as with any website request.
§ 07
Your choices
